Most of our properties for sale and rentals are available through outright payment. However, for select properties that are for sale only (not rentals), we offer a flexible 4-month installment plan. Availability of payment plans depends on the specific property, and we’ll be happy to guide you through the options during your consultation.
On average, the process takes 10–20 days from the time your offer is accepted until closing. Timelines can vary depending on financing, inspections, and negotiations.
